Definitions
“We / Us / Our” means Two Towers Media, a sole trader.
“You / Client” means the person(s) booking our services.
“Event” means the wedding day detailed in the booking form.
“Services” means wedding videography services and related deliverables as agreed.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the booking form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation shall be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Nature of the Service
Weddings are filmed as live events. No retakes are normally possible and the final product reflects the events, conditions, and restrictions present on the day. You acknowledge and accept that this is an inherent characteristic of wedding videography and that results may vary accordingly.
Booking & Payment
3.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to provisionally secure the Event date.
3.2 The Event date is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
3.3 The remaining balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to the Event date.
3.4 Failure to pay the balance by the due date constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in cancellation of the Services without further liability.
Cancellation & Postponement
4.1 Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing.
The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where cancellation occurs after full payment, refunds are calculated as follows:
• 4–6 weeks prior to the Event: 50% of the balance refunded
• 2–4 weeks prior to the Event: 25% of the balance refunded
• 0–2 weeks prior to the Event: 10% of the balance refunded
No refund is due where cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the Event.
These cancellation charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of losses incurred, including but not limited to loss of opportunity to rebook the date, administrative costs, preparation time, and business overheads.
4.2 Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel the Services, all monies paid will be refunded in full. This refund shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability.
4.3 Postponement
Where government restrictions or legal prohibitions prevent the Event from taking place, the booking fee may be transferred to a new available date at no additional charge.
Where the Event is postponed for any other reason, the booking fee may be transferred to a new available date subject to availability. Pricing may be adjusted only where the postponed date falls outside the original contract year or where the scope of Services changes. Any adjustment will be discussed and agreed in writing.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accident, extreme weather, fire, flood, transport failure, power outage, government action, or venue closure.
Where possible, the parties will seek to reschedule the Event. Where rescheduling is not possible, a refund of fees paid, less any reasonable costs already incurred, will be issued.
Attendance & Substitution
6.1 We shall use reasonable endeavours to attend and perform the Services as agreed.
6.2 In the event of illness or incapacity, we reserve the right to appoint a suitably qualified replacement videographer.
6.3 If no replacement can be secured, our liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Filming Conditions & Limitations
7.1 You are responsible for securing all permissions, licences, and approvals required for filming at the Event.
7.2 We comply with the reasonable directions of venues, officiants, and authorities, which may limit filming locations, movement, or coverage.

Where Services have been substantially performed prior to such cessation, no refund shall be due.
