Cotswolds Wedding Videography FAQs

What services do you offer as a Cotswolds wedding videographer?

At Two Towers Media, we create natural, documentary-style wedding films designed to tell the real story of your day.

Our films combine:

  • Documentary wedding videography (capturing real moments as they happen)
  • Cinematic storytelling (beautiful visuals, music, and editing)
  • Highlight films (typically 10–30 minutes, perfect for reliving and sharing your day)

This approach means your wedding film feels authentic and emotional, while still having a polished, cinematic finish.

What’s the difference between a wedding videographer and a content creator?

While content creators are ideal for quick, social-first moments, a Cotswolds wedding filmmaker creates something far more lasting a carefully crafted film that captures the depth, emotion, and atmosphere of your day.

Our approach combines documentary wedding videography with refined cinematic storytelling, resulting in a film that feels natural, elegant, and timeless.

With a professional videographer for Cotswolds weddings, you can expect:

  • A beautifully edited cinematic highlight film
  • Authentic, unscripted moments captured discreetly
  • High-quality audio preserving your vows and speeches
  • A film designed to be watched and felt for decades

Content creation captures the moment.
Videography preserves the memory.

What does your wedding videography package include?

Our wedding videography packages are designed to give you full, meaningful coverage of your day.

Most packages include:

  • Up to 8 hours of coverage (up to 10 hours for extended packages)
  • Coverage from guest arrival through to after your first dance
  • A cinematic highlight film (10–30 minutes)
  • Professionally recorded audio
  • A private digital download  and Netflix style viewing of your finished films

As a videographer for Cotswolds weddings, we focus on capturing the full atmosphere of your day without ever being intrusive.

What style of wedding videography do you use?

We specialise in a documentary wedding videography style, meaning we capture your day naturally without staging or directing moments.

We then edit your film with a cinematic approach, using:

  • Carefully selected music
  • Natural colour grading
  • Story-driven editing

The result is a film that feels real, relaxed, and timeless not posed or forced.

How much does a Cotswolds wedding videographer cost?

Our wedding videography services typically start from a base price, depending on your coverage and requirements.

Pricing can vary based on:

  • Length of coverage (8–10 hours or more)
  • Whether you choose one or two videographers
  • Travel distance within the Cotswolds
  • Additional edits or extended films
  • Multi-location or larger weddings

We keep our pricing flexible so you can choose a package that suits your day, while still receiving a high-quality, cinematic wedding film.

How far in advance should we book you?

Most couples book their Cotswolds wedding videographer 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak summer dates.

That said, it’s always worth enquiring, we’ve had couples book just days before their wedding if we have availability.

Do you work weekdays as well as weekends?

We primarily film weddings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, which are the most popular dates.

Weekday weddings are sometimes possible, depending on availability, so it’s always best to get in touch and check.

Can we speak before booking?

Absolutely. We’re happy to arrange a call via Zoom or phone to talk through your plans, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit for your wedding.

How do we secure our wedding date?

To book us as your Cotswolds wedding videographer, we require a £50 booking fee to secure your date.

The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before your wedding.

Do we need a second videographer?

This depends on your wedding.

A second videographer is ideal if:

  • You want multiple angles during your ceremony and speeches
  • You’re getting ready at a different location
  • You’re having a larger wedding

For single-location weddings, one videographer is often enough to capture everything needed for a beautiful, cinematic film.

Do you film more than one wedding per day?

No. We only ever film one wedding per day.

This ensures you get our full attention and a consistent experience. Your wedding will always be filmed by us, never outsourced to a third party.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel within 50 miles of Honeybourne, Worcestershire is included.

Beyond this, a small travel fee is applied per mile to cover additional distance.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional, high-end equipment including:

  • Sony A7 V cameras
  • A range of prime and zoom lenses
  • Professional audio recorders and lapel microphones
  • Action cameras for creative angles

Our setup is designed to stay light and discreet, allowing us to film naturally without disrupting your day.

Do you use drones for wedding videography?

Yes we do. Drone footage is included where possible and adds a cinematic perspective to your wedding film.

Drone use is always weather and location dependent, and subject to venue permissions.

Can we add extra hours of coverage?

Yes, additional filming hours can be arranged before your wedding day to ensure full coverage if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept BACS transfer, but we also accept cheques.

Payment plans and instalments can be arranged if needed.

How do you work on the wedding day?

We work in a relaxed, documentary style, blending into your day so you hardly notice us.

We focus on:

  • Natural moments
  • Real emotion
  • Guests enjoying themselves

The only time we get more involved is during the evening dancing, where we capture the energy and atmosphere up close.

What time do you arrive and leave?

We typically arrive before guests and stay until after your first dance (or around 8:30pm).

Exact timings are tailored to your wedding and confirmed during booking.

Which Cotswolds wedding venues are you near?

We are based in Honeybourne, Worcestershire, close to some of the most popular venues in the region, including:

  • Norton Grounds
  • Lapstone Barn
  • Cider Mill Barns
  • The Wood Norton
  • Dumbleton Hall
  • Deer Park Hall

Can we include music from our wedding day in the film?

Due to copyright laws, we’re unable to use music recorded during your wedding (including ceremony, speeches, or first dance).

Instead, we carefully select licensed music from our supplier to match the tone and emotion of your day. You’re also welcome to suggest tracks from our music library.
